Harbor Healthcare System in Tomball, TX is seeking a full-time Long Term Care Community Education Coordinator to serve as a liaison between the company and the community, focusing on hospice programs and long-term care patient needs.

The role promotes hospice services, maintains high standards of care, and collaborates with healthcare partners. Travel is required to reach facilities and community groups as part of outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited college/university (preferred).
• Experience in hospice, healthcare marketing and/or LTC coordination.
• Knowledge of a Long-Term Care environment(s).
• Excellent oral communication and writing skills; ability to speak well in public.
• Ability to travel; must have reliable transportation.
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record.
