ISD 728 Community Education seeks a part-time Program Staff for Recreation Programs to provide a safe, supportive learning environment for diverse students. Responsibilities include planning quality activities, answering questions from students and parents, inspecting equipment for safety, and maintaining rosters and attendance.

Starting wage: $13.72/hour; approx 12 hrs/week in summer and 3 hrs/week during the school year.

Qualifikationen

• Age 16+
• Experience in program area content
• Possess good organizational skills
• Demonstrates professionalism while working with staff, parents, and community contacts.

Aufgaben

• Provide quality programming appropriate for the ages and learning levels of participants.
• Answer questions and communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Inspect equipment and facilities used for the program to ensure safety and cleanliness; set up and take down needed equipment.
• Maintain accurate paperwork including rosters, emergency contact information, attendance records, etc.
