Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enforcing federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
• Patrolling residential and commercial areas.
• Conducting arrests and criminal investigations.
• Collecting and processing evidence at crime scenes.
• Testifying in court proceedings.
• Responding to domestic incidents and child welfare cases.
• Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Managing traffic control and issuing citations.
• Operating communication equipment and coordinating with dispatch.
• Engaging with community members and addressing public concerns.
• Investigating traffic collisions and completing reports.
• Performing building checks and animal control duties.
• Executing warrant service.
