Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Community Support Specialist - Adult in Clinton, MO. You will work with adults to support behavioral health and substance use recovery, meeting clients where they are — at home, in the office, or in the community.

You’ll help set recovery goals, build daily living skills, access vital services, and work with a care team. Regular driving is required.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human service field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and agency min auto coverage.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in reaching recovery and wellness goals.
• Provide coaching on life skills, health, and resources.
• Help clients access housing, healthcare, employment, and services.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community partners.
• Assist with appointments and provide transportation as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
