The ideal candidate has 4+ years in business banking/financial services development and at least 3 years in commercial real estate lending, with local connections, a proven sales track record, and excellent communication skills; initial in-branch training precedes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of business banking/financial services development experience and 3+ years in commercial real estate lending.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and originate new commercial loans and deposit accounts.
• Build and maintain borrower networks within the local community.
• Service portfolios, prepare proposals, and monitor loan servicing/compliance.
• Perform debt service coverage analysis and interpret tax returns.
• Leverage SBA/USDA loan product knowledge to cross-sell solutions.
