Description

  • Job Title: Community Donation Manager
  • Hourly Pay Range: $18.20 to $24.00 (based on an average of 45 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Managing the Community Donation Center operations, ensuring standards and community engagement.
  • Leading and developing CDC Ambassadors, fostering a respectful, values-driven workplace.

What You Have

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Mathematical and observational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • High School diploma, post-secondary preferred.
  • Management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks regularly.
  • Must be able to work in environments with machinery, dust, and temperature changes.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
