Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting in Concord, NH. You’ll assist with daily activities, transportation, and participate in program planning and goal achievement.

The role requires compassion, reliable transportation, and the ability to work weekdays 9am–3pm. A high school diploma or GED and a driver’s license with auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting.
• Basic computer skills; Therap software a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy, enthusiasm, and dedication to helping others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver’s license and auto insurance; at least 3 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting.
• Assist with daily activities: chores, meals, recreation, learning, and fitness.
• Represent the needs, wants, and interests of individuals served; contribute to program planning and implementation.
• Assist with transportation to community activities as needed; mileage reimbursement may apply.
