Job summary

Code Ninja is expanding to new locations and seeks a passionate person to engage the community and drive the brand locally. The role focuses on building a classroom pipeline, enrolling students, and hosting community events to grow training programs.

You will work to establish relationships with local businesses, support mentors, and promote continued training opportunities. This commission-based role starts with $200 per student enrolled and progresses with community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping others and engaging the community.
• Experience building and maintaining local relationships and networks.
• Ability to organize events, meet targets and work with mentors.

Responsibilities

• Fill classrooms with a minimum of 10 students per term.
• Build the pipeline and enroll students for classes.
• Host events, lunch-and-learns and other community-focused activities.
• Develop relationships with local businesses to support ongoing training.
• Assist local mentors/instructors when needed.

About the Role:
We need someone to fill our classrooms, each term/calls needs a min of 10 students. You will be responsible for building the pipeline and enrolling the students for our awesome classes. This is a commission only role to start. You will receive $200 per student, who pays for the class.

Additionally, you will build the community that will help fill your pipeline for new students. Hosting events, lunch and learns and other community focused events.

Building relationships with local businesses to offer continued training or career advancement for their employees.

Assist Local Mentor/Instructors when needed.
