Kutak Rock LLP seeks an experienced associate attorney to join the firm’s corporate department in its Omaha office. This role is ideal for the associate attorney who has an interest in developing their skills and knowledge in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities, and general corporate matters with an opportunity to assume significant deal responsibility and engage in meaningful client contact while working closely with experienced partners.
