Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from ADA-accredited school
• Licensed to practice dentistry in Washington
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Detect and diagnose oral disease and provide treatment plans
• Perform restorative work, extractions, endodontics, scaling/root planing, pediatrics, and removable prosthodontics
• Coordinate with primary care team and document visits accurately
• Ensure infection control and compliance with policies
