Job summary

LifeLong Medical Care in Pinole is seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our community health team. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care within a Federally Qualified Health Center setting and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health professionals to serve underserved populations.

Required are a DDS/DMD or equivalent, CA license, CPR certification, and the ability to work with diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental school (DDS/DMD or equivalent) is required.
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of California.
• Effective English communication; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• CPR (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose dental/oral problems and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform general dental procedures including restorations, extractions, endodontics, prosthetics, and basic oral surgery as needed.
• Provide referrals when higher-level care is not available in-house.
• Maintain continuing education requirements and uphold standards of care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care.
