Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Certification in CPR, basic First Aid, and medication administration required but can be obtained upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be available evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate individual's needs and goals; develop and implement a schedule of community-based day activities.
• Implement supports to ensure health and safety; assist individuals in participating in meaningful activities.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and confidentiality; collaborate with individuals, families, caregivers and community stakeholders.
