Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must obtain first-aid and CPR certification within 60 days of employment and maintain it.
• Must have reliable transportation, be 21+, and hold a valid Illinois driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily tasks to gain independence and community integration.
• Supervise and train persons served in various job skills as needed.
• Provide support with personal cares, and monitor safety and well-being.
