Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services seeks a Stabilization Specialist to provide crisis stabilization and supportive services to clients and families in need across the community. The role involves in-office, virtual, and in-home interventions coordinated by the urgent care team.

The ideal candidate will have crisis management and communication skills, a commitment to recovery-oriented care, and reliable transportation in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field is required.
• Experience with adults, families, or children with mental illness and/or emotional disturbances is preferred.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis support and stabilization to clients/families in crisis.
• Deliver interventions in offices, virtually, in the community, and at client residences as needed.
• Support mobile crisis interventions, stabilization planning, and evaluations.
