Seeking a Weekend - Community Crisis Stabilization Clinician in Upton, MA!

The CCS Clinician works within the Adult CCS component of the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). They are primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, including the use of standardized assessment tools for suicide risk, brief crisis counseling, individualized risk management and safety planning, psychoeducation, discharge planning, and care coordination.

In this role, the Clinician will:

1. Provide direct clinical services to clients in the CCS, including individual and group treatment, family meetings, and treatment team meetings.
2. Complete clinical documentation such as intakes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
3. Conduct concurrent reviews with insurance companies, and participate in case management and discharge planning.
4. Provide clinical guidance and consultation to Milieu counselors, LPNs, and Certified Peer Specialists/Recovery Coaches.

The CCS Clinician should have a sound understanding of Human Behavior in the Social Environment, mental illness, substance use, co-occurring disorders, and clinical interventions to support persons served effectively.

Schedule:

Part Time, 16 hours/week

• Saturday and Sunday: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm

Pay Rate:

• Unlicensed Clinician - $35.70/hour
• Independent Licensure - $38.25/hour
• Additional $1/hour for weekend shifts
