Job summary

The Heritage at Brentwood is actively seeking a full-time hospitality-focused Community Courtesy Officer (CCO) to assist residents and serve as a trusted safety resource in our 24/7 senior living community and skilled nursing facility in Brentwood, TN.

Responsibilities include interacting with residents, families, staff and vendors, conducting patrols, assisting with wellness checks, fire alarms, badge access, and light maintenance while delivering courteous, service-oriented support to all

Qualifications

• Active license as an Unarmed Security Guard/Officer in Tennessee required.
• At least one year of security experience preferred.
• High level of interpersonal and customer service skills for handling sensitive situations and documentation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, families, employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with and assists senior living residents, families, employees, vendors, and visitors in a courtesy role.
• Conducts regular patrols inside/outside buildings and around the property.
• Assists nursing staff and emergency responders with wellness checks, emergency calls, and fire alarms.
• Conducts regular fire drills in skilled nursing facility; assists with badge system and door access; performs light preventive maintenance duties.

$18.00 hour starting rate

Full-Time Schedule: Mon-Fri, 3:00-11:30 pm (2nd shift), may include holidays and occasional weekends as needed

Weekly overtime paid 1 ½ hourly rate; double pay for working holidays
