Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our community corrections facility to oversee security operations and provide supervision to monitoring staff. The role ensures staffing coverage and adherence to policies and contractual obligations.

You will maintain accountability of residents, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with ACA standards and licensing requirements. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of security or corrections experience required.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of business management principles, laws, and regulations applicable to corrections.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and supervisory services for security operations.
• Supervise monitoring staff and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
• Coordinate and review security services to meet policies and standards.
