Job summary

Washington County seeks a Community Corrections Case Monitor in Hillsboro to provide basic administrative case management support to certified Probation and Parole Officers. You will help pre-screen JIIs during intakes, conduct initial interviews, and enter social history into databases.

This full-time, in-person role requires strong organization, teamwork, clear communication, and a service mindset to aid the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Corrections, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Social Services, or related field (substitutes for required experience).
• Associate degree + 1 year in corrections, criminal justice, counseling, or related field.
• Three years of experience in corrections, criminal justice, or counseling of adult justice-involved individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing JIIs intakes by pre-screening and conducting basic initial interviews.
• Record and update basic social history information in database records.
• Process routine transactions and requests for information.
