Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC seeks an on-site Construction Supervisor to lead the construction process from framing to finish, ensuring cost controls and quality standards.

You will supervise subcontractors, monitor budgets, and ensure customer expectations are met as homes progress through various stages of construction. 3-5 years of experience, knowledge of building codes, and scheduling methods are required; a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience managing the entire construction process.
• Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3-5 years’ experience managing the entire construction process, knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods required. Supervisory skills necessary. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
