SEEC is seeking a Community Connector (Personal Support) to work Saturday and Sunday 1:00PM–8:00PM in Silver Spring, MD. This role provides in-community supports to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with personal care, transportation, and participation in community activities.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Personal Supports teams provides both at-home and community supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities during morning, mid-day, and evening hours. We focus on each person’s individual goal, gifts, and areas of interest as we customize schedules to support people within their communities every day.
The person supported enjoys getting out into the community, staying active, and participating in activities that are meaningful to them. Swimming is one of their favorite activities, and they enjoy spending time in the water. They are working toward becoming more confident and independent while swimming and would benefit from someone who can encourage and support them in reaching their goals.
