Qualifications

• Experience with people with disabilities or another human service group preferred.
• Broad knowledge of services available to persons with disabilities.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals receiving services.
• Implement Positive Personal Profiles and Skill Assessments.
• Encourage person-centered planning and support development of individualized goals.
