Responsible for managing Medicare Member Journey operations and ensuring effective cross-enterprise collaboration to achieve business goals across Stars, Risk Adjustment and Clinical programs – all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

Qualifications And Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in program management and/or project leadership, preferably in a services or consumer products company
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

What You Will Do at Cambia

• Manage systems and processes for the Member Journey function.
• Develop and maintain action tracking systems to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Connect projects and enterprise efforts to foster synergies.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leaders.

Performance Management

• Develop dashboards to track KPIs and targets.
• Support budget development and management.
• Facilitate prioritization and risk management activities.
• Partner with insights owners to identify trends and opportunities.

Initiative Management

• Manage strategic initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Lead business case development and approvals.
• Create detailed project plans with milestones and roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution.

Stakeholder Management

• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Support operational forums and communication plans.

The expected salary range is $111k–$149k, with a 15% bonus target. The full range is $104k Low / $130k MRP / $169k High.
