Job summary

ARC of the Treasure Coast in Florida is seeking a compassionate Companion for a part-time role to provide companionship, support, and engaging experiences for individuals with disabilities.

The position involves planning community activities, helping clients develop independent living skills, documenting progress, and transporting participants to activities. A valid driver's license is required, and the schedule is Mon & Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
