Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections and assess property conditions for violations.
• Advise owners on abatement methods and prepare violation notices and summons.
• Maintain records of complaints, inspections, violations, and citations; prepare reports.
• Collaborate with Town Departments to ensure code compliance.
• Participate in community programs, events, and educational outreach.
