Job summary

A community support organization in Long Beach seeks a Community Coach (Per Diem) to assist individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working with children with special needs.
• 1-2 years of experience providing case management services to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement Individual Service Plans.
• Document participants’ progress and manage administrative tasks.
