Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Valid Maryland Driver’s License with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate community-based activities and provide support aligned to the Person-Centered Plan.
• Promote independence and personal growth in assigned individuals.
• Provide transportation to and from activities.
