Job summary

Park Lawn is hiring Direct Support Professionals (Community Coach) in Oak Lawn, IL to join our CDS Program. The role pays $21.30 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm (35 hours/week).

You will help residents with developmental and physical disabilities through in-house and community activities in a team setting. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, health care registry completion, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Pass health care registry and other background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday / Time: 8am-3:30pm (35 hours per week)
