Qualifications

• Regular, predictable attendance and reliability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to efficiency, detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Windows 7 operating system.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external customers with excellent service at all times.
• Educate non-member customers about the co‑op business model, mission, values and advantages of cooperative ownership.
• Inspect deliveries, stock displays, rotate items and maintain clean storage areas.
• Follow procedures for price labeling, signage and backstock-to-shelf rotation.
• Follow SOPs to meet health and safety standards and assist with food preparation.
