Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Occasional need to utilize personal transportation to properties.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, clean, and maintain all common areas of the community.
• Perform cleaning of all vacant units.
• Complete all cleaning requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of cleaning performed in all units and at the site.
• Maintain all Justus Property Management tools, equipment, and replacement parts in working condition.
• Other duties as assigned.
