Addison Park District in Addison, IL, is hiring a Facility Attendant for Addison Community Center. The role supports recreation operations, events, rentals, and athletics, with hours varying 15–25 per week and shifts 4:30 pm–10:00 pm weekdays and some weekend hours.

Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. You’ll ensure safety, provide excellent customer service, manage patron issues, complete reports, and assist with emergency actions as needed; CPR/First Aid/AED certification is required within 1

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional customer service and ability to interact effectively.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of RecTrac and MS Office; ability to learn park software.
• Ability to enforce facility rules and make sound safety decisions.

Responsabilités

• Provide building security by monitoring the facility and visitors.
• Enforce facility rules and supervise daily operations.
• Assist with Splash Pad operations with Parks Department.
• Perform janitorial tasks and basic maintenance as needed.
• Handle reports, paperwork, and emergency procedures.
• Lead during emergency actions and building evacuations.
• Support athletic events as attendant and host.
