Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1–2 years in mental health and substance abuse fields.
• Masters’ degree may be considered in lieu of general experience.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of community support services including targeted case management and housing.
• Complete rehabilitation assessments, update recovery plans, and document progress.
• Engage clients to increase participation in learning, work, and social activities.
• Develop relationships with clinical, educational, vocational and social service agencies.
• Provide transportation to clients as appropriate using a personal vehicle.
• Assist in facilitation of self-help and advocacy groups; attend required meetings.
