This opportunity will allow you to:
As a Case Coordinator, you will actively provide direct placement services, supervision and case management to assigned caseload. Responsibilities include, but not limited to managing foster parents and children, developing and implementing individualized service plans, active visitationto homes and various settings, coordinating transportation as needed, and connecting families to referrals, servicesand resources. The individualin this role is also responsible for heavy documentation and reporting, crisis management and ensuring families comply with all policies, proceduresand regulations for applicable agencies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a human services related field required. Masters Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience in child welfare, foster care or in-home crisis interventions. Experience providing clinical and/or case management services to children and families. Must possess excellent therapeutic skills, written/verbal communication and organizational skills. Previous DFCS or CPA experience preferred. Experience with SHINES system a huge plus!
