Job summary

Heartbeet Lifesharing in Hardwick, Vermont, is seeking a compassionate Live-In Caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in our community-based homes. You will assist with daily living, provide physical and emotional support, and participate in recreational activities and household tasks in a caring, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications include being 18+, high school diploma, valid US driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks; no prior disability-care

Title: Live-In Caregiver

Job Description

Heartbeet Lifesharing is looking for individuals who are interested in joining our community to live with and assist individuals with developmental disabilities. You will be supporting in all aspects of their daily life including in the home and in skill-based programs. We are looking for someone who is patient, humorous, and caring. A great love for the outdoors and an interest in farm and garden work is a plus! No prior experience in disability care needed.
