Job summary

A community-based caregiving organization in Falmouth, Massachusetts, is seeking a Live in Caregiver to support a person with disabilities in their home. Responsibilities include daily assistance, meal planning, community participation, and personal care supervision. Diverse applicants including singles, couples, or families are encouraged to apply, with no prior experience necessary. Shared Living Caregiver Wanted!

Nonotuck is seeking a well-balanced caregiver to move in with, live and care for a person with disabilities in their home in Falmouth MA. The caregiver helps the person with their daily activities, health, wellness, encourages community participation, and promotes a safe and meaningful lifestyle.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to planning and cooking meals together each day, participating in community and social activities, providing transportation, and scheduling and overseeing medical care and appointments.

The caregiver will need to supervise in areas such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and budgeting. Lastly, there may be a need to provide emotional and behavioral support.

We will consider applicants who are willing to move into the home of one of our members. We are looking for people who are single, couples, families, people with or without children and pets. No previous experience necessary.

• Non smoker preferred. No smoking in the home

Caregivers and their families must be found suitable through a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) and National Fingerprint check.
