Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor in Richmond, VA to lead a team delivering community-based supports. You will supervise Caregivers, assist with ISP implementation, and perform staffing, training, and scheduling duties in a mission-driven environment.

The role involves direct support activities such as meal planning, medication administration, and personal care, while also coordinating program activities and transportation for participants.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support including meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
