Qualifikationen

• Perform regular inspections inside the facility to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security of residents and property.
• Report serious incidents and complete incident reports per policy.
• Instruct residents in daily living skills, conflict resolution, and socialization.
• Assist with emergency plans to ensure safety of residents and staff.
• Aid with personal hygiene, grooming, nutrition, and daily living tasks.
• Review staff logs and document security checks and incidents as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and assist in meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Accompany residents to medical appointments and community activities.
• Attend required meetings and in-service trainings.
• May monitor medications and assist with medication administration entries.
• Support clinical staff with resident documentation and reporting.
