Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Background checks (Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal history, CANIS) upon request.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care, training, support, and supervision to individuals in a center-based or community-based program.
• Monitors and maintains the safety and wellness of individuals.
• Provides a wide array of activities and experiences that will enhance the lives of individuals.
• Provides recreation and socialization to individuals in various community settings.
• Provides transportation for community activities.
• Maintains individual records and documentation according to applicable standards.
• Hours of the program may include weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
