Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone to determine needs and provide solutions.
• Opens and maintains consumer and business checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and small business loans.
• Processes loan requests and identifies referral opportunities across lines of business.
• Maintains client relationships and regulatory compliance with bank procedures.
• Performs teller duties and supports community education and volunteer activities.
