Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers client service in person and over the phone, answering questions and offering solutions.
• Opens/maintains consumer and business accounts, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards; originates personal loans.
• Processes new loan requests for consumers and small businesses.
• Identifies referral opportunities to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, Business Banking, and Wealth Management.
• Maintains client relationships and participates in financial education efforts.
