Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a CBCR Manager to lead community benefits and engagement initiatives across assigned hospitals and service areas. This role reports to the Director Community Benefits and Community Relations and emphasizes regulatory compliance, strategic relationship-building, and program evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Public Policy or related field, 5–7 years of experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Policy, Health or Administration strongly preferred.
• 5-7 years’ related work experience required and 0-1 years supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience in program development, implementation and evaluation; collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local community benefits regulatory requirements.
• Manages involvement in local community engagement and needs assessment.
• Collaborates with leadership to design and implement strategies addressing priority populations.
• Manages Community Benefits Advisory Committees and Allocation Committees; prepares materials.
• Plans and sustains relationships, events and engagement with community organizations and government entities.
