Job summary

Sevita is seeking a qualified professional to develop behavioral plans and provide behavioral therapy to program participants in our community-based settings. The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement targeted behavioral change and ensure compassionate care.

Responsibilities include direct participant engagement, documentation, and coordination with families and service providers.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology or related field.
• At least 1 year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training and development.
• Conduct of research in behavior analysis within an applied setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs program participant contact in effecting behavioral change, focusing on activities of daily living, behavior management and social skills.
• Works with supervisors to develop, implement, maintain, and generalize behavioral change using least restrictive guidelines.
• Provides Behavioral Therapy and Active Treatment programming at residence and in the community with individuals or groups; submits weekly objective logs.
