Job summary

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking an Associate Case Manager to support individuals in our outpatient behavioral health clinic in Cincinnati. The role offers flexible hours to accommodate students and a path to promotion after earning a BA in Social Work.

Qualifications include an Associate's Degree or HS Diploma and experience with mental illness. Driving own vehicle and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• CPST experience or related behavioral health experience.
• 2 years of experience with persons with mental illness is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides CPST services to individuals with severe mental illness in outpatient and community settings.
• Faces-to-face services in office and community, with limited telehealth via phone.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships and helps clients function more effectively.
• Coordinates access to medical treatment, employment, housing, and related services.
• Some evening hours and weekend availability.
