Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related human services field is required.
• Bilingual/Bicultural English/Spanish preferred (not required).
• Must pass all required screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMI/SED/SUD/COD treatment and crisis intervention as needed.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care and referrals with SOC and external providers.
• Collect NOMs data and document treatment progress.
• Uphold HIPAA confidentiality and professional ethics.
