Job summary

Integral Care is hiring a Mental Health Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) for community-based work in Texas. The role provides evidence-based psychotherapy to adults with mental illness, often in home settings, with options for telehealth.

Requires licensure, a Master’s in a relevant field, and at least one year of experience; travel within Travis County may be required. Salary ranges from $74,297.27 to $94,721.12 annually, with full-time hours and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in human/behavioral/social services or related field.
• Licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT and valid driver's license.
• At least one year of experience providing psychotherapy/counseling.
• Residence in Texas as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Utilize clinical assessment measures to tailor services.
• Complete daily clinical documentation and evidence-based interventions (CBT/CPT/EMDR).
• Deliver home-based services, with telehealth as an option, and respond to crises as needed.
• Maintain trauma-informed, recovery-based practice and flexible scheduling.
