ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is hiring a Community Based/Day Program Therapist to provide direct therapy services to diverse clients in a community setting. The role requires licensure eligibility (LSW/LISW/LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LMFT) and a background in social work or counseling, with travel to service areas as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience, or a Master’s degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within the service area.
• Experience in therapy and counseling preferred; home setting experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments.
• Providing patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client’s status.
• Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.
