Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least four years of experience in a human service-related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to interpret client needs and tailor treatment approaches.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful, supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Help clients develop independence and daily living skills.
• Support clients in navigating home, school, work and community settings.
