Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Community Based Support Staff to help individuals build valued roles in the community and develop social and coping skills. You will work to ensure safety, implement individualized plans, and support integration into the community.

As part of our DDS Employment Services, you will help individuals acquire and maintain their preferred jobs, with an emphasis on structured environments and person-centered planning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record is required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development of valued community roles and personal relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals.
• Implement all service and behavior plans.
