Job summary

The TemPositions Group of Companies is seeking a Registered Nurse for a community-based care program serving justice-involved individuals. The RN will provide on-site nursing care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and help coordinate medical needs to support stabilization and transition to ongoing community-based care.

The role emphasizes serving vulnerable populations, collaborating with social services, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation using eClinicalWorks when available.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license.
• Experience with homeless or vulnerable populations is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and electronic medical records; eClinicalWorks is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site nursing care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager.
• Coordinate care and promote health and stability for clients.
