Hawthorne Health, Inc. is seeking a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to serve as a Principal Investigator in a part-time, 1099 capacity within its growing community-based clinical research network.

The PI will lead sponsor-initiated psychiatric trials, including studies focused on anxiety and depression, while collaborating with an experienced team of sub-investigators, coordinators, and centralized clinical operations professionals.

Formación

• Experience leading at least three sponsor-initiated trials as PI or Sub-I.
• Current, unrestricted medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Psychiatry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and FDA regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately document findings and contribute to ongoing clinical trials and registries.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical trials at the site per protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and supervise the clinical research team including sub-investigators and coordinators.
• Delegate duties and ensure training and oversight of staff.
• Conduct remote review of patient assessments to ensure appropriate enrollment.
• Review laboratory results and diagnostic tests to support participant care.
• Make medical decisions regarding participant care, adverse events, and protocol deviations.
• Ensure complete and timely collection of all study data.
• Communicate effectively with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and regulators.
