Job summary

Graceworks Lutheran Services is seeking a Peer Support for Conditional Release with responsibilities including providing one-on-one peer support services in the community and maintaining accurate documentation. This full-time position requires flexibility, as it includes evenings and weekends, and the ability to drive across Milwaukee County.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the State Peer Support Training curriculum and pass the Certification test within the first 6 months of employment.
• One year of experience as a peer support is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, automobile, and insurance sufficient to meet agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one peer support services in the community.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all contacts.
• Attend and participate in monthly in person team meetings.
